What products are available?

All products available are on the website. Equipment varies from metal detectors to acoustic pingers to sonar systems. Please review the website for a complete list of products and details.

How do I order?

All orders are placed either online using the order page or by calling customer service. You will not be prompted to pay for anything until after the online order has been received and you have received back a quote. Payment options will be listed in the email with the quote. We do not accept credit cards online due to wide spread fraudulent activity and given the specificity of this equipment.

What is the warranty?

Your JW Fishers Search Equipment is constructed of some of the finest materials available. Your equipment underwent constant inspection during assembly to ensure many years of trouble-free performance. This warranty covers your product for Two Full Years from the date of purchase. During this period, your equipment will be repaired free of charge should a failure occur due to materials or workmanship. The Warranty does not cover damage due to droppage or general misuse. Should service be required, email or call us to explain the nature of the problem, and we will supply instructions. JW Fishers backs the equipment with a guarantee that says if it does not perform as stated in our published literature, we will repair it or replace it at no charge under warranty.

Do you offer returns?

We do not accept returns. If a return option is required JW Fishers will credit you're account the amount paid for the product and apply it towards a future purchase.

How long is shipping?

Shipping will be determined upon confirmation of order. JW Fishers strives to get equipment out in a timely fashion, but will be different for each product offered due to the multiple customization possibilities for any piece of gear.
